Care Trade support young adults with autism into accessing employment opportunities. Our students attended weekly sessions in a professional kitchen with Care Trade staff and learned about nutritious foods, how to prepare a wide range of meals and desserts, cleaning procedures in a kitchen and completed their level 1 and 2 food & hygiene training courses. Students really enjoyed their time at Care trade.
