We are seeking to appoint a business manager for The Park College
The successful candidate will operate, maintain and develop the administrative and financial procedures and systems of the college in co-operation with the Principal and Board, ensuring that all legal and safety requirements with regard to people and property are met. They will also be responsible for the college site, its buildings, their maintenance, development and efficient use.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, conscientious, efficient and honest and will be an excellent communicator.

Premises Officer
The Park College is a college for young adults with autism ages 19-25 years.
We are looking for a skilled person to work on our site.
This post is part time, 52 weeks per year Hay Scale 4. Annual salary £30,654 – 36 hours per week.
