Students gain work experience in a vibrant café in the heart of Brixton. Students are learning skills in food preparation, general kitchen duties, front of house and barista skills. Students also work in the café garden maintaining the planters for the fruit and vegetables used in the café. Students carry out other essential restaurant tasks such as shopping and restocking deliveries.
