The Lovage Project - Bonnington café
Students work in the kitchen preparing and serving lunch using surplus food. Students use to work in a kitchen in Stockwell, then The Lovage Project was run onsite at The Park College, but now takes place at Bonnington café. Students have prepared plant based meals for the college using surplus food. Students also assisted with carrying the delivery items into college and storing them safely. Now students assist at Bonnington cafe and help with making baked goods, learning new plant based recipes and helping out with foood preparation tasks.
